Lacey Dalton gave up on Santa Claus a long time ago. Every Christmas Eve she waited like a good girl to see what Santa would bring. He never came. Now she's in her late twenties and he shows up with a contract! If Lacey signs on the dotted line, anything she wants is hers... if she lets Santa have her for one night.

I have to say this little Christmas story is not of your ordinary kind. The spirit of Christmas is in the story along with some very HOT sex with Santa Clause, well Junior Santa Clause. I love the concept of this story. I believe looks are not everything and what is on the inside counts for a whole lot more. Nick has to find a girl who will love him even if he looks like the fat Santa in his grungy suit and boots. He wants Lacey to be the one to sign this contract that if she spends one night (in bed) with him, looking like the fat jolly ole man that she will get whatever she wants.

All Nick wants is to find "the one" for him. This is how all Clause men find their special someone. Have the girl sign the contract and if she can see past the looks and fall for the real person inside then she is the one. Nick is handsome but he can't tell Lacey or even allow her to see the real him. Nothing like getting a total stranger to go to bed with him with rules.

Lacey is not an ordinary girl. She thinks Nick has lost his mind. Or maybe she has. Who in their right mind would sleep with "Santa Clause". But hell why not, she gets whatever she wants out of this deal. But Nick isn't easy to get along with. They seem to drive each other completely insane. But when he touches her, she loses all common sense. How can Santa Clause be a dirty pervert but make her body come alive. She can't get enough of him. But things are not always as they seem.

I laughed while reading this book but I also loved how I could feel the emotions between these two characters coming off the page. Not every relationship starts out great and you have to take a chance in love. This book for me had everything I love in a book. Humor, hot sex, and two characters who are so easy to love because they seem so real. Thank you J. Hali Steele for writing a story that in my opinion is what love is all about. Finding the real person on the inside no matter what the outside may hold.
