Now that she's finishing up a divorce, 23 year old Rin is forced to look at herself and see the person she's become: quiet, shy, weak, dependent... She's allowed someone else to mold her into the person she is today and it's someone she doesn't even like.

This person is not at all who she thought she'd be at this point in her life and she's decided to live for herself... To be her own person and to explore the world around her.

Deciding to live life to the fullest, Rin calls a friend and makes an arrangement with him of a sexual nature, wanting to explore her more basic desires as well as experiment with some new ones, using sex as a way to break herself free of her chains.

When the rules are broken and her world is turned upside down and she is left brokenhearted, an old friend comes back and she becomes confused about her current path. He seems to want to help her, but is that all he wants? What does SHE want?

Rin fights to find her own path to independence and strength, wanting to be the kind of woman that is capable of having a family one day. Rin wants to heal and be the person that she knows that she can be, but if she waits too long, she may lose the one that's always been there for her, pushing her along the way.

I liked Free Me by A.M Wray so much that I read it through again before I decided to write my review. Most women have all had that one boyfriend or husband that wanted to decide which friends you could have and when you could talk to your family. When Serenity and Shane finally got divorced, it hit her that she had lost contact with some very good friends.

Rin captured my attention because while she was still young and had needs, she did not want to do the one night stands and did not want to jump into a new relationship. That is where the friends with benefits come in. When that does not go as planned, she takes her time with another friend but ahs her doubts about taking it further. I can totally relate to how a failed relationship will make you question ever getting into another one.

There are some pretty hot scenes in this book. I loved it. I give this book 4 stars. I hope that the next book comes out soon because I am sure it will be as great as this one, and that is something that you just do not want to miss

Stay at home mother of two with a passion for reading almost as much as writing. She is often found curled up with her Kindle reading while her children cuddle up on either side 'reading' books of their own. Married for almost ten years to the most wonderful husband and father, she couldn't ask for more out of life. Except maybe to live somewhere not quite as hot as the desert she currently lives in.

Her Ride by Rachael Orman blew me away. Here I was thinking it was going to be a typical style book, boy was I wrong. When she kept talking about her secrets getting out, of course I came to the WRONG conclusion. I was so far off that I do not think I was even on the same planet. I so love this book and I am salivating at the thought of reading Patrick’s book.
Ryan may come across as a brat at times. She has her reasons. You have to keep guessing if she will ever clue in to her feelings for Dirty. He is all about her and does his best to win her over. He is devastated when he learns her secrets, but does not let that deter him.

This is a 5 star ***** book all of the way. Notice how I keep mentioning her secrets? You will have to read the book to find out what they are. This book pulled all kinds of emotions out of me.

Review-Brie’s Tokyo Tryst by Red Phoenix

Author – Red Phoenix
Publisher – Red Phoenix Entertainment
Genre – Erotica

Brie Bennett is a submissive in love, but a chain of events will lead her on an unexpected journey around the world. A haunting dream, along with Tono Nosaka’s disappearance, forces an unplanned trip to Japan where tragedy, duty and the allure of Kinbaku take center stage. This first novella of Brie's Submissive in Love series takes you on a tantalizing journey to Tokyo: a land of tradition, beauty and seductive rope play…

I was so excited when Red Phoenix decided to continue on with the Brie series. And thankfully, she did not announce the new series too far in advance, so I did not have to wait long to get my hands on the new novella beginning this third chapter in Brie's journey with her Master, Sir. Right from the beginning, this book grabbed me and hung on tight. Red has a gift for drawing the reader in, making them experience the extreme emotions that flow through Brie. I loved that this brought back one of the most favored Doms, Tono. This whole novella is focused on Brie and Tono's spiritual connection, which was explained early in the first series, and it has carried over to each subsequent series. (Cheering loudly!)

Brie has grown up a lot so far, but she is still newer to the lifestyle and faces challenges that guide her on her journey. She is very much in love with Sir, but she has a very strong connection to Tono, whom she almost chose to collar, but because Tono's father reacted poorly to her, stating that Tono would not be enough for Brie, she decided that since they had a special bond with his father having taught him Kinbaku, she would not fight for him and chose Thane instead. She has never doubted her choice, but it hasn't always been easy.

Tono has always been a fan favorite. His sexy, gentle spirit lures you in. His skill with the rope ensnares you, and when his dominance is thrown in the mix, watch out for flames because he is smoking hot. His Asian flavor and traditions are as sexy as sin, and he has such a kind heart that when he goes missing, Brie feels it from the other side of the world. They have always had an unique connection that borders on magical.

Brie finally gets a letter from Tono, but she is still uneasy. Sir agrees that they need to support Tono whether he wants it or not, being that he knows exactly what Tono is going through. Their journey in Japan expands what we know of these three characters. I was captivated from page one to the end, and any Red Phoenix fan will be too. What will happen between Tono and Brie? With emotions running high, will their love ruin everything? How will Sir react to the revelations? What is going to happen to Tono? How will his world look after the tragedies? Of course no Brie book would be complete without a lovely dose of uber sexy Dom/sub situations, and this one does not disappoint. Well, I am going to go jump in a cold shower. Go grab this yummy read up now! All I can say is, welcome back Brie!! Hints at the next installment will have you salivating. Yes!

WOW!!! I was received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review. After reading the first book, I was not sure where Tess was going to go with the 2nd book in this series. It was absolutely amazing, she kept me guessing the entire time. Just when you think you have got something or someone figured out, she will get your head spinning. A Hot rocker and a beautifully damaged woman! When they collide it is explosive!
I am a sucker for a hot tattooed dominating lead singer of a rock band but really who isn't!. Abel Gunner is the lead singer of Lethal Abel. He pulls no punches letting you know what he wants and desires. If you are land in his sights and agree to his terms get ready to submit fully and hold on for a wild ride!

Gia is a beautiful woman who looks as thou she has it all together . She unfortunately is a product of a sad childhood and horrid mother. She has been used a pawn one too many times and has had enough. When these two troubled souls collide it is explosive. The immediate attraction is undeniable. Gia begins to reveal a side of Abel that as yet to be discovered. He begins to reveal his true feelings and a new personality. It is difficult to find love in the limelight especially when so many external forces are working in tandem against you.

Abel's Caustic former submissive Morgana and Gia's toxic and vengeful mother add so much drama to the mix.
I truly was unable to put this book down. A great story with amazingly dirty sex, interesting and flawed characters made this quite an interesting read! I can not wait to get my hands on book 2. Get busy Gina don't keep us waiting!

Review-Sweet Renegade by Andria Large

Sweet Renegade (Renegade, #1) Book Title – Sweet Renegade
Author – Andria Large
Publisher –
Genre – Romance

What do you mean you’ve never heard of Renegade? They are only the biggest boy band in the world!
Beau Kennedy
At twenty-three, I never thought that I would be where I am today. I live in a world of chaos, screaming fans, and temptations everywhere. There is only one thing that I truly want, but she’s constantly rejecting me. She thinks I’m too young and too immature; however, I will prove her wrong. I will show her that I can be everything she needs and wants in a man. If she will just give me a chance, I can show her how much she means to me. She has no idea how determined I can be or how hard I will fight to make her mine.
Lizette Parrish
I’m presented with an offer that is just too good to refuse. Beau Kennedy wants one month. One month of being his girlfriend so that he can prove to me that he can be what I need. If at the end of the month, I don’t feel like he is the right guy for me, then we end things, and he will never ask me out again. One month? I can do that, especially if it means he will leave me alone when it’s over. What I didn’t expect, though, is all of the things that he brought to the table and all of the things that we end up going through during our month together, inevitably brings us closer together.
Can I still leave him when the month is up? My mind says yes, but I’m not so sure my heart agrees.
Warning: For mature audiences only. Contains seriously hot sex scenes that will leave you wanting to fulfill your very own boy band fantasy. Please keep in mind that this is a work of fiction and I made it up from my own imagination.

Andria Large
Andria is married and a stay at home mother with two crazy little girls and two psychotic cats. She doesn't go anywhere without her precious iPhone and a purse full of animal crackers. She used to be completely obsessed with the Backstreet Boys, but now is only mildly obsessed (still goes to every concert when they are in town). She loves cartoons and Disney movies, and can probably recite every line from Dumb and Dumber. Humor is a must in her life; otherwise, it would be completely boring. Pepsi is her weakness, along with anything chocolate. She can’t sing to save her life, but she pretends she can when she is alone in her car with the music blasting so that she can’t hear herself. And don’t mess with her family because she will fuck you up.
She loves to read Romance. Paranormal, Scottish, Military, Police, Firefighters, Athletes, Cowboys and M/M are her favorite. She is not so much a fan of YA, though. If you haven’t been able to tell from reading her books, she likes - whether she is reading them or writing them - lots of hot steamy sex.
Andria loves her fans and is always willing to chat. She works hard on her books, does not get offended easily, and has a pretty thick skin when it comes to negativity toward her work. She welcomes constructive criticism because she feels that is how one betters themselves, by taking that constructive criticism and using it. Andria’s books are her art, they are pieces of her, and she can only hope that people will like what she does. For those who don’t, she asks that you be respectful of her art. You don’t have to like it, but you don’t have to be mean about it either.

This is a fantastic start to introducing us to the men of Renegade! Andria had me hooked with her Beck Brother's series and I must say this new one did not disappoint.
She begins by introducing us to the band Renegade. They began as a boy band five years ago and oh my have they grown up.
Beau is our 23 year old front man. He is a sweet southern boy full of charm, passion and talent. He could have any woman he wants but the one he desires keeps getting away! He has been in awe of Lizette since the day she became the bands manager five years ago. He has tried every trick and angle to get her to see him as the man that is perfect for her!
Lizette is a 30 year old successful, beautiful ,stubborn , feisty woman. She has successfully brushed off Beau's advances for years. She knows that the electricity she feels when they are together is amazing but has decided that he is too young for her. She knows that it is never a good idea to mix business with pleasure.
Beau finally devises a plan. He asks Lizette to date him for 30 days . If he can convince her they can make this work and the spark they feel between them is real she must stop fighting him. If she can walk away after 30 days realizing Beau is not the man for her he will never ask her out again!
How could this go wrong?????
This was the perfect balance of romance, humor, sexual tension and oh my let's not get started on the sex! The characters are well developed which in turn makes you fall in love with them. They are surrounded by a wonderful supporting cast.
I can not wait to read more from this series and the men of Renegade. Great job Andria! ~~Michele McMullen~~

Review-Catching Kate by D. Kelly

Title: Catching Kate (Acceptance, #1.5)
Author: D. Kelly
Genre: Contemporary Romance

After almost four years, Michael Matthews has come face to face with the love of his life. To say it didn’t go quite as he envisioned is an understatement. Never in a million years would he have imagined that his best friend, Daniel, is the new man in Kate’s life.
Once their explosive evening concludes and everyone goes their separate ways, Mike takes the time to calm down and plan his next move. If there’s one thing that calms him it’s Kate, even if it’s just memories of her. Mike has four hours before he sees her again and gets to plead his case. Instead of sleeping, he spends his evening remembering every detail of their relationship from the beginning.

Experience Mike and Kate’s love story from the start, all from Mike’s point of view. Find out why he left Kate in pieces and learn just how far he’ll go to make her fall in love with him all over again.

She snickers at me, “You’ve always been a domineering prick, haven’t you? I used to think you were protecting Katie Grace, helping her cope and deal. You unilaterally brought her back from Lila’s death and she’s been under your thumb ever since. She’s right where you wanted her, right where you like her, enraptured by you and your love. But now that the tables are turned, she’s not allowed to fix you, to help you heal. Maybe you’re right, Michael, maybe we’ll both be better off without you. Just mark my words, I’m going to make it my mission to find her a man that will treat her as an equal and not make decisions for her. Who knows? Maybe it just might even be Marc.” She looks at me smugly, knowing that he’s my weakness, but I won’t let her know she got to me. She has to believe this is the end. If she believes it, she can convince Katherine of it, too. I nod my head at her, getting ready to lie to her for the very first time in my life. “You’re right, Jessica, I’m a domineering prick. Just ask Riley, she’s all too used to my domineering ways. I had to have someone to fuck on the side who could take it rough. Katie Grace needed to be made love to gently, slowly, and passionately, but Riley let me fuck her like a real man. Now I don’t have to juggle them and the relief from that is liberating. If Marc wants her, he can have her, but from what I’ve heard about him, she’s a little too timid for his tastes. You never know, though, maybe he’ll change for her or figure out how to bring out her inner freak, God knows I never could…” Before I finish my sentence, she slaps me across the face. I absolutely deserve it, but the look on her face says it all—I have effectively closed the door with her. “You bastard!”

I loved Breaking Kate, and this book is a great addition to that story. This author is really great at showing how all of the puzzle pieces work together. In this novella, we get to see how Mike fared through his separation from Kate. In the first book, we only get a glimpse of Mike, but in this one, we get to hear how they ended up with the same friends and why Mike did not come back sooner. I will probably always be a team Daniel fan, but I understand why there are team Mike supporters. This additional book brings a whole new level of depth to Breaking Kate. I cannot wait to see what happens next, but this is a great book to help through the wait. This book takes you through to where Breaking Kate ended. This is quickly becoming one of my favorite series. If you haven't read Breaking Kate, grab both books and strap in for the ride!

Breaking Kate (Acceptance, #1)

I'm a wife, a mom and a dog lover. I'm also a taxi, problem fixer, extreme multi-tasker and my kids’ biggest fan in anything that they do. I love to write, so when my career suddenly derailed I turned back to my love of writing. I married my high school sweetheart... how cool is that? Margaritas and sarcasm make me happy. Chocolate makes that happiness grow exponentially. People who make me laugh are my favorite kind of people. I believe Karma is a bitch who slaps back hard and that mean people suck. I'm California born and raised, I love the beach but hate the sand. The Acceptance Series is my first series of books with more to come soon.

Holy, Mother, Sweet, Son of a, I cannot even begin to describe my feelings about Collide by Christine Fonseca. I was not sure what I was reading at first. Every now and then I like to surprise myself and start a book without reading the synopsis. When you have an author like Christine, there is no need. You just know that the book is going to be awesome. This book, while a little confusing at first, did not disappoint.

Can you imagine what experiments the government does behind our backs? This story is about just that. A government experiment gone wrong. There is a lot of action in this book, so if you are looking for sweet romance… do not look here. This is life and death, revenge and redemption. You will not want to put this book down.
Total 5 stars from me. I love a book that has me reading so fast that I accidently turn an extra page and totally confuse myself. There was one part that had me steaming mad. Still not over it. You will know it when you get to it. Buy and read this book. You will not regret it.
