Tracy isn’t sure why she’s drawn to a particular gargoyle statue in the Goth club where she works. After the stone takes human form to protect her from her abusive ex, she brings the handsome, naked male to her apartment. It’s impossible to ignore the seductive appeal of a man sculpted like a Viking warrior.
Danton has only hours in human form to spend with the woman he has hungered for. He’s convinced what’s between them is more than hot sex, but he needs to convince Tracy of that before he turns back to stone.
This book was such a great read. The author took her time and didn't rush anywhere in the story. Danton and Tracy were easy to love. I couldn't put down this book until it was finished and was disappointed when it ended.
Tracy is a bartender at a club where Gargoyle statues are around as decorations. She tells her secrets to one of those statues and she wishes at times that instead of caressing a statue, she could caress a man instead. Well when her ex-boyfriend shows up drunk at her place of work and starts to get mean with her, what a surprise when a gorgeous hunk of a man shows up and he came from the statue she tells her secrets too. Can a gargoyle statue turn into a man?
Danton comes to life when his human that he is to protect is in danger. Tracy is his human he is to protect. He can turn from a statue to man for 24 hours because his human is in danger. He makes sure that Tracy's ex thinks twice about coming near her. Danton has always had feelings for Tracy and has wished he could be near to her and tell her and show her.
With Tracy's reaction to what she see's and with Danton's big heart, these two are meant to be together. One hot guy and a gorgeous gal with 24 hours to be with each other. The sex scenes with them are tender and raw with sexual power, I could feel the steam coming off the pages of my kindle. Don't waste any time and grab yourself a copy because you are missing out if you don't read this steamy book now!

Natalie Owens agrees to perform a sex magic ritual to help her crush, dreamy Ben Nixon, summon a familiar. Being just friends with Ben after a night of magically enhanced sex will be next to impossible, but the hot steamy encounter might be enough to stop her ex-husband's new fiancée from playing matchmaker.
But instead of a familiar, they summon a naked lust demon -- who seems to know Natalie.
When you get asked to perform a sex magic ritual with the guy you have been crushing on for a long time, the only thing you can say is yes. What could go wrong?
Natalie has had a crush on Ben Nixon for a long time. She figures this is at least one way to have him in bed and hopefully they can stay friends after this ritual. Ben tells her don't worry there are no strings attached because it's only spell work, nothing more than that. Instead of summoning a familiar, they get a naked lust demon who knows Natalie! This demon happens to be family to Natalies x-husband. Not exactly what they were shooting for but with magic you just never know what will happen.
This book had me laughing and turning pages until the very end. I just couldn't put it down. The demon is one who seems to get into trouble if not watched very closely. She doesn't quite know how to act in the human world. She can look like a human but can't quite act like a normal one. Put all the characters together and you have your self a good story line and characters that are easy to get to know. I will be reading more of this author's books in the future. If you want a book that will make you smile and giggle, then this is the one for you.

The Superiors left Sarah, “Heaven’s Little Love Angel,” on Earth to complete the third
consecutive and interrelated mission. With simple instructions to find a mate for Galena Maddox and a dad for six-year-old Mandy, Sarah should have no problem, right? Well, except that dyslexic Sarah—known for bungles and goof-ups—creates more mayhem than she ever imagined possible. Pesky human disguises cause her trouble—again. In mortal form, she either injures people or embarrasses herself. Now the earthlings think she’s a fugitive from a mental hospital.
With Galena’s shady past, will Matt Austin, a minister, even consider her as a wife? And
will Matt’s hoity-toity church accept Galena if Sarah successfully brings them together? Angels shouldn’t worry, but the task is daunting.
A wedding featuring the love interests from Sarah and the Internet Dating Service just
might provide the magical atmosphere necessarily to bring Galena and Matt together.
Sarah and a Dad for Mandy by Gay N. Lewis had me smiling throughout the whole book. We always think of angels as perfect beings. Sarah gives us the gift of humor through her blunders as she works to bring a couple together. This is a sweet Christian romance that will no doubt make your heart smile. Mandy is such a delightful little girl with her outspoken ways.
I give this book 4 stars. I now wish that I had the rest of the series because even though I read many different genres of books, this series is one that helps shake away the blues.

When Kelsey Mayfield met Brandon Woltman, she thought he was a bad boy, who wasn’t her type. It didn’t help she could read his mind either. She discovered they were neighbors, and sensed he hid something from her.
After he asked her out, they ran into trouble that led to her to finding out he was a werewolf. Her fear of him soon turned in to something stronger. His ex-girlfriend, Victoria, who happened to be a witch, tries her best to end what Kelsey and Brandon have. No matter what length she has to go.
He’s on My Mind by Crystal Red was a good read, but I did have a few issues with it. I liked the story line and how the author went about establishing the plot. My problem is with the main character. She is a little bit too hypocritical to me. She has constant fantasies about jumping this man’s bones, but gets offended and hurt when she hears his thoughts about him wanting to have sex with her. The characters are in their mid- to –late 20s but seem to have the temperaments of teenagers.
I give this book 3 stars. I think if the characters were tweaked a little, this could easily be a 4 to 4.5 star book. You can tell that the characters really have deep feelings for each other. The question remains, will she be able to accept him for who he really is?

For tiger-shifter, Samira Anderson, leaving home for the first time to attend Harmony University should unnerve her. She’s never submitted to the fear of a challenge and doesn’t plan to start now. Meeting her dorm mates and touring the campus excites her and her cat. Although when she meets Gavin Stone, she’s not only nervous around him but fears she might lose the tight control she has over her tiger.
After a bad break up with his high school sweetheart, Gavin has no intentions of repeating past mistakes. Or so he thought until he sees the beautiful, smart, Samira at the dorm welcome party. Drawn to her like no other, he can’t stay away or shake the feeling Sam isn’t telling him everything.
When he discovers her secrets, a whole new world opens to him, filled with danger, unknown possibilities, and a passion so intense it could last many lifetimes.
Imperfect Mate by Lia Davis did not disappoint me. It was a short book that satisfies a reader that does not have a lot of time on their hands. I loved how it showed Sam having aggression issues. Most books have the females weak or falling over themselves. I also liked how Gavin was not portrayed as a tight bodied hunk. Those are what made this story more interesting for me. The characters were not cookie cutter designed.
I give this book 4 stars. I love paranormal books and while this one was shape-shifters, it was just different enough to keep the reader interested.

Apprentice witch Catalina Gato is prohibited from assuming her human form in front of her new employer without his express permission. Since he doesn’t know he’s a warlock, he can’t give it, leaving her in a familiar’s limbo. To make matters worse, she’s barred from leaving his house, and her attempts to enlighten him of his true nature results in burnt notes, charred walls, and exploding laptops.
On All Hallow’s Eve, she gets one night of freedom. Deciding some no-strings-attached sex might take the edge off the intense attraction she feels for her clueless boss, she signs up for Madame Eve’s service. When she meets her masked mystery date at the Castillo Capital, she realizes she might have gotten much more than she bargained for.
After being gifted a one-night stand from his annoying best friend, attorney Leo Difuoco reluctantly ventures to the Castillo Capital to celebrate Halloween. When he meets his oddly familiar green-eyed date in a Cat Woman costume, flames literally ignite, sparks magically fly, and life as he knows it changes forever.
I really had fun reading Flirting With Fire by Tara Quan. You could feel the frustration of Cat as she struggles to find a way to make Leo realize that he is a warlock and she is his familiar. Her antics in her cat form will have a smile on your face. And the elevator episode? Man, you just have to read that part.
I give this book 4 stars. It is a short, fun, sexy, hot book that is great when you do not have a lot of time, but just feel the need to get a book in. I would have no problem recommending this book to anyone.

As a young girl, Stacia Carter had a crush on her brother’s best friend, Jordan Bayne. Grown and independent, she heads off to college and her destiny—to make him notice her as more than just the girl next door. After all these years, there’s no way she’ll take no for an answer.
Seeing Stacia again rocks Jordan’s world. She’s gorgeous, feisty, and hot…and also his best bud’s sister. No way can he have her for his own. But resisting the temptress proves harder than he thought.
When a male from a rival pride attempts to steal Stacia's affections, Jordan sees red. No one is good enough for her…not even himself. But the feline temptress stars in his every fantasy. Maybe one more kiss will satisfy his hunger for her.
Tempting her Tiger by Virginia Cavanaugh was a short read that kept me thoroughly entertained. Just when she would be giving up hope of ever winning her tiger over, he would do something to bring back that spark. The characters in the story are college age and trying to find their way. There is so much I want to say about this book, but to do so would give away the story. So I am just going to say, that if you want a short, great read, pick up this book.
I give this book 4 stars. It was well worth the time to read. There was no cliffhanger to keep you guessing at the end. Sometimes, that is just what we need. I would love to read more from this author.

Lord Andrew Masterson, Earl of Windenshire has had a string of bad luck with women. While his best friends are all getting leg-shackled, he can’t seem to get a lady to stay in his presence long enough to court them. Not sure what he might be doing wrong, he turns to Madame Evangeline, hoping she can help him change his luck.
Betrothed since before her birth to Lord Masterson, Miss Miranda Beauchamp has prepared to be his countess ever since. Although the Earl of Windenshire maintains her upkeep and pays for everything she needs, she might as well not exist for all the attention he pays her. Determined to break the marriage contract, she’ll go to desperate measures to achieve her goal, even if it means losing her virginity to do so.
Can Madame Eve show Andrew and Miranda there is more than a contract between them? Or will family secrets and years of hurt be too much for the earl and his virgin countess to overcome?
The Earl and his Virgin Countess by Dominique Eastwick was a quick read that I enjoyed very much. There is just enough steam and humor to make this short story a hit. I found myself laughing loudly at Miranda as her fiery temper got the better of her. It was also very amusing when her curiosity would get the better of her. Poor Andrew had no idea what hit him. What I liked most about this story is that Andrew (an earl) was not a complete ass as most others are portrayed. This was very refreshing.
I give this book 5 stars. It was more than I was expecting and I look forward to reading more from this author. I find myself smiling every time I think about this book.

The brooding man who gave her the best sex ever is an unexpected surprise. The problem is, he's her brother's friend...and a fireman. She knows she's going to get burned, but keeping their hands off each other is easier said than done.
Lauren Blakely is donating half of her author proceeds from the pre-order and release week sales for MELT FOR HIM to the NVFC Firefighter support Fund which supports the nation's volunteer fire and EMS departments.
Melt for Him by Lauren Blakely started out a little slow for me, but it heated up pretty quick. I loved the characters in this book and how Lauren Blakely took the time to give the reader their backgrounds. To me it makes it easier to feel in touch with them. Becker is just so yummy. He makes you want to visit the local firehouse just to see if there are any like him in the neighborhood. This is not a very long book, but it packs quite a punch.
I give this book 4 stars. This is only the second book I have read by this author, but I am thinking that I may need to pick up more of her work. Great read all the way around.

Werewolf Aribella Lupari-Gray is on her long-awaited honeymoon. Or at least, that was the plan. When she and Mason land in Ireland just before Christmas, their dream holiday turns into a nightmare: the pack’s werewolf children have all vanished.
To top it off, the werewolf king—who was supposed to sanctify Ari’s marriage to a human—is away searching for the missing pups and may not return in time to grant his official blessing, jeopardizing her family’s future status within the pack.
If things don’t change fast, there may not even be a marriage to bless. Ari’s desire to help puts her life—and her relationship with Mason—in jeopardy.
With Mason gone, presumably back to the States and Christmas on the doorstep, Ari sets out on one final mission to find the lost pups. Her life and the pack's young in the balance, will Ari be able to perform a holiday miracle or will she die trying?
Aribella Lupari-Gray is a wereworlf who has married a human named Mason. Finally they can take their honeymoon and on the honeymoon is the perfect time to have their marriage blessed by the werewolf king. The blessing will protect Ari's and Mason's childrens future within the pack. They get more than they bargain for when they find out that the werewolf children have disappeared and the king that is to bless their marriage is out looking for the children and if he doesn't return, their marriage will not be blessed by the pack.
Aribella wants to help once she find out about the children missing. She is the best nose back in her own town and she offers her help more than once but everyone mainly ignores her because she is a woman and woman don't do things as good as the men. Aribella keeps thinking if it was her children missing and she would stop at nothing to find them, so she goes searching by herself. Aribella is a very hard headed werewolf but her intentions are good. Mason can't believe she wants to go search when she has been told her services are not needed. They fight, and he leaves but she still goes.
This story has plenty of adventure and the characters Aribella and Mason are easy to like. Aribella being a mom, is doing what any mom would do if it were children missing. I like how she is a very determined women to find these children and even if it ruins her new marriage, she goes and tries to find these precious children. I also like her way of thinking.
Mason is a strong willed man just like his wife is strong willed. I like how the author doesn't have them so madly in love that they don't fight and everything goes great. They are like any other married couple who disagree and that makes them so much more likable in my book.
This book didn't have any hot sex scenes and I still enjoyed the book. At times it did seem to drag on but then it would speed back up. I would be willing to read more from this author. The book kept my attention and I kept turning the pages to find out what would happen. A good story with an ending I didn't see coming.

From USA Today Bestselling Author Nora Flite, the second book in Beyond Blood, a multi-part series.
I shouldn't have let them kiss me.
Marina:
When I'm near Kite and Jacob, the world shrinks. I ache for their skilled hands and warm tongues. I should be thinking about my revenge, but it's so hard to focus. This is true addiction.
I can't pick a favorite, I want them both.
Maybe I don't have to choose.
Pressed between two seductive men, lost in bliss, everything feels so amazing. Perfect.
Too bad I know it won't last.
I've figured out their plan. Death is waiting for me at the end of this.
Being brave used to be easy. I had nothing left to lose.
Why did they have to go and change that?
Author's Note: Cliffhanger ahead! Part 3 is coming soon. This romantic suspense story contains explicit, erotic scenes and themes of violence/mature situations that could make readers uncomfortable. It is NOT a Love Triangle!
I love the suspense and heat of this series. The first book set the stage and now we are getting to the nitty gritty. Nora Flite is amazing at bringing the reader in and showing us multiple sides to a character. This dark romance is anything but predictable, and the cliffhanger has me begging for the next one. Marina is showing us more about what happened to her family. Jacob has done his homework and the guys are working out a plan. Marina is also learning more about the two men she is falling for, but she is thinking she has what it takes to get revenge. The guys are struggling a little with their feelings for Marina, but they have a code they have lived with and they have never broken that code and may not break it with her. Where does that leave Marina? She is under no illusions about her fate, but she seems to hope so. I can't wait for the next book to see what happens! If you haven't read For the Thrill, grab it and get caught up. This tale of revenge is not to be missed!

Rune and her people have been taken under the mysterious wing of the Annex, an agency that works toward Other equality.
But with the new regime comes changes and some monstrous enemies the Annex seems to have brought with it.
The crew finds themselves up against a group called the Shop, whose leader cares only about his lab and the monsters he creates there.
But he hasn't been able to build monsters he can use or sell...until now.

Magic.

Can she?
In book five of the Rune Alexander series, Rune must deal with not only the monsters, but the escalating tension between the berserker and Owen, flashbacks from the COS attack, and the fear that she's losing Levi to the chasm of darkness started by Karin Love and deepened by the slayers.
She and her crew will fight with everything they've got to defeat the evil, even if some of that darkness lives inside each one of them.
Because they're Shiv Crew, and that is what they do.
