A Family Saga with humor, heat and heart--not to mention beer, bourbon and basketball!
The smoldering intensity of first love ~ the forbidden fantasy of temptation ~ the cold hard facts of real life.
When one man’s hopes are dashed apart in a split second after years spent chasing a dream, he returns home to Kentucky furious at the world and everyone around him.
Kieran Francesco is the middle son of the volatile, tight-knit Halloran-Love family. His role as peacemaker and the one true athlete is well established. He now faces life devoid of the sport he adores after a horrific, career-ending accident, which places him in a new and entirely uncomfortable position: that of the brother with no future.
Over the course of a few tumultuous months Kieran is plunged back into life at the center of the Love family, where he must cope with one self-destructive brother, one ill-timed reconnection to an old flame and a series of bad choices that land him in more trouble than he’d ever known existed.
I jumped into this book right after reading the first Love Garage. This is the second book in the Love Brothers series and continues the story of the Love family. This story focuses on Kieran the middle brother that everyone feels he is the perfect son, but every one is so very wrong. Kieran's life is turned upside down when he receives a career ending injury and has to find a new career. We do get a little bit more insight into Dominic another of the Love brothers through out this story. By the end of this book my heart was so broken for poor Dominic. This book was a crazy brother infused story of dealing with life, love and being accepted for who you are.

Kane Jackson, the ruler of the fantasy section of Club X, has always been different from his brothers. The bastard son of Cassian March III, he grew up without the money and privilege Cassian and Stefan enjoyed from the March name, instead only knowing his father as the man who abandoned him and seeing himself as unloved and unwanted. He let love in once and like everything else in his life, all that came from it was pain. His heart hidden behind the walls he's built since then, Kane is now just the dark figure who rules over the fantasies of others but has none himself.
Abbi Linde can't seem to get a break. Too many bad men and bad choices have left her bruised and broken, but the opportunity to dance at Club X could change everything. For the first time, she might be able to make a life for herself and find the happiness she longs for. After what feels like a lifetime of heartbreak, Abbi still believes one day her dreams will come true and she'll find the love that's eluded her.
Even the darkest heart craves the light, but will the darkness be too much for love to overcome with these two souls?
K.M. Scott this book was MIND BLOWING!!!! I loved this book and this series!! I couldn't wait for Kane's story and this book! This book is written as Kane and Abbi's POV, it banters back and forth. I get the reference to Kane-bad and Abbi(Abel) good.I hope in book 4 Satisfaction, they both get therapy so they can have the HEA!! This book was full of emotion, Kane's demons and emotional abuse he suffered from his mother and never knowing his father and half brothers growing up. He father passes away while Kane is in jail, and the only way he inherits is to work with his brothers(thus ensuring they get to know each other). Abbi's attraction to men that abuse her physically and emotionally until she meets Kane. Kane has no problem hurting or killing to protect those he loves. Together they nurture each others strengths and weaknesses, making them better and stronger together, until outside influences interfere, Kane has no problem hurting or killing to protect those he loves.I didn't like the ending but I understand the author's reasoning for it, the story is not over so I will await the next book and hope for my HEA, also not fond of cliffhangers!!! I saw negative review about this book so don't agree with them!!!

Desire isn't only for the young. A couple reconnects in the most unexpected way. Gravity isn't a curse. It's a physical manifestation that makes us all remember our lusty past. Skin may lose its resistance to life's hourglass. But, maturity may be the succulent revenge that youth can never override. Memories are magical. And, for that, no push up bra is ever needed.
This isn't the first story I have read by this author and just like the other ones I love this one also. A story told in poem form and this one is such a beautiful story that I read it twice.
Two people who graduated together and after graduation both went their separate ways until one day on a busy street they almost pass each other and realize they know each other from years gone by.
In today's world, we meet plenty of people and most go on to different paths than ours and we never really see or hear from them again. I love how these two star crossed lovers found each other once again and even on a busy street. Each had their own lives but wanted one last chance to feel the past once again.
Beautifully done and the words made me feel different feelings as the story went on being told.
I am a fan of A.H. Scott and will read more from this very talented author if the chance is given to me again.

She had loved and lost…and gained.
Drea Tate had loved once. One night shattered her world. Left alone and pregnant, Drea moved to Second Chance, Pennsylvania and began a new life for her and her son.
Bail Enforcement Agent Micah Bridges lands the opportunity to score some quick money catching a bail jumper in a sleepy town in Pennsylvania. Little did he know that he’d find the woman he’d loved…and a son he didn’t know had existed.
This is book two from the series and I haven't read book one but it didn't really make any difference to me because I wasn't lost or confused in any way all the way through the book. I enjoyed reading this book very much. I love stories that are about love and lost love and possible happy endings.
Micah Bridges was a wolf shifter in love with Drea Tate who was a fae and that was not allowed. They had to sneak around to see each other and if they got caught it would not end well. The last time they seen each other, neither expected it to be the last time but when Drea left, Micah was attacked and left for dead.
This had twists and turns that made the story even more interesting. Micah thrown into the river to drown and die while Drea was told he was dead. So Drea went on with her life without ever knowing if he really was killed. She had a reminder of him, their son. Watching how their love stood the test of time was sweet and romantic. What I didn't see coming was the end but it was a different way to end things.
I am going to try and read this series because I truly loved this book and the way the author wrote. Everything flowed easily and I couldn't wait to turn to the next page to find out what was going to happen. If you want a book with a twist you never expected, this one is for you!

Haunted by a past lover and left with scars so deep Libby gave up her life as an explorer, she spends her days trying to avoid bad memories by training ruthlessly with Helen, the woman she hired to teach her self-defense. Helen is beautiful, appealing, and could be what Libby needs to climb out of her past once and for all.
Until the past returns and threatens to destroy Libby, and all that she holds dear, once and for all.
One of the reasons I read this book was the cover. I loved the cover and that is what drew me into reading what the story was about. The description was just as awesome as the cover. The author and the artist both have awesome talent.
Libby had a very traumatic experience in her past and because of that she is hiding and she also is having a woman give her self defense lessons. Helen is very good at these lessons but Libby is starting to have feelings for Helen and Libby is not sure that Helen feels for her.
Libby is learning how to defend herself because of what has happen in her past. She is scared that somehow her past will find her but this time she will be ready.
I love that the main character Libby is taking charge and learning how to protect herself. She is using what happened to her, to better herself that way she can't be taken advantage of anymore. She can fight back. I also love how Helen has feelings for Libby and Libby does for Helen but neither really recognizes that each has feelings. You never know what to expect on the next page. I enjoyed reading this book all the way through!

A Family Saga with humor, heat and heart--not to mention beer, bourbon and basketball!
Antony Love is the quintessential responsible oldest brother of a boisterous, Italian/Irish family, placed in charge at a young age by his parents who are busy running the family business. He manages his siblings with a fair but iron hand, until his life is shattered by personal tragedy leaving him the shell of the man he once was.
When outspoken matriarch Lindsay Halloran Love becomes ill, the youngest brother Aiden shows up at Antony's garage, having dropped out of school (again), needing work and a place to crash. Antony provides both, with three caveats: "Don't smoke in my truck, don't be late for work, and don't mess with my girlfriend."
But Aiden Love, budding novelist, gets one glimpse of Rosalee Norris, young widow of Antony's lifelong best friend and all bets are off.
This is the second series that I have read by Liz. This series was suggested to me by my good friend of mine. This first book is more about two of the brothers Antony and Aiden. I just love how Liz has written this book to be real life and the family has all kinds of ups and downs. The brothers are always giving each other crap and had me laughing at times. Liz really through me for a loop by the end of this book. I'm ready to find out more about the rest of the Love brothers. I have totally fallen for the Love family just from this first book.

Talon is wild, reckless and loves control.
Kyle is calm, collected and loves passion.
The perfect balance…or Addison’s ultimate undoing?
Talon and Kyle push their boundaries and Addison’s, but can they throw their reservations to the wind and claim her together?
Two men. One woman. A rock band. A tour bus. One Wild Ride…
This is my 1st time reading a book from Zoey Derrick, I received a copy of this book for an honest review. SO WISH I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS!!!!!
Addison thought she had lost the love of her life, Dan her fiance when he was killed by a drunk driver right before their wedding until.... She is sent to replace the PR rep for the band 69 Bottles 12 week tour. After losing Dan she turned her life off and devoted herself to her job/career working herself up the ladder at Bold International, a PR firm for the rich and famous movie and rock stars. Going on this tour with this band will be life changing, living on a bus with an all male band and manager, she knows if she does this job well it will help to advance her PR career. Addison is a fan girl to this band, and is a "cool chick" she has lots of tats & is smart, sassy and and all around fun person to hang with- when she allows herself to hang out. When she meets the band members, Talon the lead singer/songwriter awakens her otherwise sleeping sex-drive(panty changing). The manager Kyle seems familiar to her(doesn't learn why right away)also sparks her sex-drive! This confuses her 2 hot, but so different guys who happen to be best friends. Will she pick one or both? How can that work without jealousy? Is it selfish to want both after not having a relationship or meaningful sex in almost 7 years? How can she do her job professionally while being obsessed with sex we these to men? This story is told as Addison's POV but the boys do get their POV in occasionally. There is HOT, HOT sex M/M, M/M/F and M/F with the use of sex toys too!! there are other characters that are well defined and well written but they are the 3 main characters and their chemistry is off the charts, 10 stars!! DO NOT READ IN PUBLIC IF YOU BLUSH EASILY!!!! This story is GREAT and I loved it to the point I pm'ed the author begging for 2nd book early, Hopelessly or Helplessly ADDICTED!!! This id the 1st book of this series, book 2 is Craving Talon: 69 Bottles #2. This book is for mature readers due to content!!

Breaking up with her bland, dull boyfriend is just the beginning of Miss V's quest to spice up her life. Soon she's joining the mysterious Mr. A for a steamy fling. The things he does to her are anything but dull...so long as she complies fully with his every request.
A short, hot, bedtime read with a lot of dominance, some ménage and a little spanking—all in a moving vehicle.
This is the first installment of Kink, Inc.
Follow Miss V's naughty adventures as she jet-sets around the world discovering which kinks will light her fire as she fulfills the deepest desires of men who crave something…different.
I really enjoyed reading this book. The story had so many twists and turns that it kept my very interested and I couldn't turn the pages quick enough. Had my temperature up high on more than one occasion.
Miss V as she is known in the book has signed on to Mrs. Carr Agency that is called Kink, Inc.. She did it for a couple reasons and being that the Agency paid quite well and V had bills that needed paid. The deal was that she was to meet someone who in this case was Mr. A. She was his for three hours exactly and whatever he wants to do to her or who he will allow to do things with her, she has to do without question. V wanted something exciting and new and this she is going to get all that and more.
I think most have fantasies about having things done to them or having been told to do something to someone else and have to do without any questions asked. I loved how the author let us know exactly how V felt through the entire ordeal. I loved how she didn't exactly know who was who until the very end. All the twists and turns were awesome. I can't say enough about this story or about this author's writing. Fantastic comes to mind for both!
I will definitely read more from this author if given the chance. Such talent!

Shelby dropped out of school the minute she turned eighteen, but life didn’t go the way she thought it would. Now she’s back in class, and it’s kicking her… butt.
When Manon the sexy French supermodel offers to tutor her, Shelby lashes out verbally and then physically! Shelby sure acts tough, but can an educated older woman expose her inner pussycat?
This was a very different story than I really have read before. It started out slow and boring and then it started to pick up somewhat.
The overall concept of this story is Shelby and her dads supermodel girlfriend who offers to help Shelby with her History homework because Manon has a Master's Degree in History. As soon as Shelby turned eighteen she quit school but when her life didn't work out right, Shelby decided to go back to school and get her diploma but the other kids in her class are younger than her and she is just having a hard time. While Shelby is trying to do her homework , Manon keeps cleaning in the same room and Shelby keeps looking at her gorgeous body and the author points out exactly what part Shelby is looking at. The very first sentence is "Stupid Manon with her stupid long legs and supermodel cheekbones and boobs like two juicy rockets". I don't understand the boobs like two juicy rockets because I have not known rockets to be juicy. Maybe something like two juicy watermelons or some other big fruit.
Shelby was a virgin and after Shelby and Manon confess to each other that they are attracted to one another and Manon starts doing things to Shelby. Shelby did say that it hurt because she was a virgin and was hard to enjoy it when she started bleeding because Manon "popped her cherry". Just a lot going on during the pages of this book and some of it just didn't make any sense too me. To me it did seem at times that Manon persuaded Shelby into doing things that Shelby just didn't seem ready to do. Yes they both are adults but being that Manon is older and more experienced than Shelby, maybe things could've happened a different way.
This is just my opinion but I didn't feel any kind of emotion while reading this book. The words didn't really provoke any kind of feelings. I am planning on reading another book from this particular author because I always believe in second chances. Maybe it's just the way I took the story. Please read this book and make your own opinion. Just because I didn't really enjoy it doesn't mean you won't. Give it a try.
